Back in 2022, we had the opportunity to film a new collection of live videos, in an amazing old building at the renowned Geelong College, in our home town Geelong. The building is the dining hall for the senior school,
opened by the Governor-General, Lord Stonehaven (1874-1941) on ‘Old Boys’ Day, 21 March 1930. With its typical rectangular layout and leadlight glass windows, The Hall is a beautiful example of a British school dining hall.
The hall was perfect for our video shoot and really added value to the aesthetic value of the clips. The sun shines in the big end window for the first half of the day, and then moves around to the other side, providing great light for us.
We filmed 4 clips for Sons of Korah that day and a couple for our vocalist (in her own right) Anna Waters. We’ll be keen to see if we can leverage the old school’s generosity again soon, for another video shoot.
